Refund policy

At GRALIOS ELITE, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• The following items are non-returnable: opened beauty products, intimate items, and digital goods

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
